When a long-time acquaintance came to us ready to build on the Galveston beach, they didn’t have a lot yet — so we found one. We identified a property on an expanding stretch of the far West End and helped them secure it before the design process ever began.

From there, we interviewed and selected the architect and engineer, then stayed closely involved through every phase of design to make sure the finished plans reflected both their vision and their budget. The result is a beachfront home that felt personal from the very first conversation.
