This project started with a family of five, a set of architectural plans, and a clear sense of how they wanted to live on the water. After a competitive bid process, our team got to work — and quickly realized this build was about more than square footage.

We built out four stories including a fourth-floor game room designed with the kids in mind, customized the interior finishes for the whole family, and delivered a ground-floor outdoor kitchen and a custom boathouse built to fit their 36-foot bay boat. By the time we handed over the keys, the home had exceeded every expectation they brought to the first meeting.
